It’s no secret market research has always been a strong passion of mine. Entering college as an accounting major, numbers have always been intriguing to me. Everyone has a passion, so I figured I would spend some time trying to understand what makes market research so appealing to me. Passion comes in many forms. It’s the same way helping students learn and expand appeals to teachers. Or how working on cars appeals to mechanics.

I was born and grew up in India with my parents, wife and two kids. I love F-1 racing, traveling, and trying new food. When I’m not working, I try to absorb as much culture as I can and spend quality time with my friends and family. I began my research career in 2012 at an online research firm and worked there for 3 years before moving on to take a consultant role.

Why did I choose Paradigm? I firmly believe in taking a collaborative approach to each project, so when I saw a position with Paradigm to join the research team, I knew I had to apply. After a series of interviews, I got selected and joined Paradigm Sample in 2019. On my first day, I felt welcomed as a member of Paradigm family. In the years since, Paradigm Sample has been a learning space and career accelerator for me. Thanks to the leaders, I’ve received mentoring and coaching to help me thrive in my role. I am the type who enjoys working with people both internally and externally. I like being part of a team that fixes problems, netting in happy clients.

So why do I work at Paradigm? Paradigm Sample is a visionary company that is constantly coming up with new ideas and initiatives. I have freedom to be creative, but there is sufficient structure to ensure my creativity is in a direction that keeps my organization strong. To me, Paradigm Sample represents three things: inclusivity, solidarity, and inspiration.
