The Position

In the Product Innovation Associate role, you will be responsible for the management of products and processes surrounding Paradigm’s cutting-edge solutions to key issues in the online data collection industry. This role encompasses the management of all aspects of the product lifecycle, including leadership throughout brainstorming sessions, supervision of development timelines, facilitation of organizational technology rollouts, and the ongoing maintenance of IT system enhancements and key business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle to define product strategies and roadmaps
  • Work closely with the operations teams to anticipate product needs and facilitate technology rollouts
  • Supervise global IT development teams to timely project execution and delivery
  • Provide world-class service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop documentation and user training manuals for Paradigm products and rollouts
  • Organize product team information repositories, development logs, and meeting agendas

  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, or Basecamp is preferred
  • A fundamental skillset in computer programming or information technology is preferred
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with outstanding Excel and analytical skills
  • BA/BS – Previous experience in the Market Research industry is preferred
