The Position

Operations Success Management is the art of assuring the proper execution of all aspects of a project from inception to closure using a combination of disciplined methodology and the finesse of creative techniques, to maximize the revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction of every project. Success in this role requires developing a strong working relationship with clients, key internal customers, and external vendors, while exhibiting a mastery of project delivery tools, to provide guidance to Paradigm’s project management teams and achieve timely delivery of quality results.

 

A vital touchpoint between the Paradigm Sample team and our clients, operations success managers must possess an upbeat spirit, a zest for innovation, and a passion to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance as needed to assist the implementation of strategy for new and on-going projects to be delivered on time, on budget, and at or beyond scope.
  • Drive clear communication among all groups involved in successful delivery of projects through the proactive monitoring of day-to-day communications.
  • Perform advanced project implementation and survey testing to meet the nuanced needs of Paradigm’s clients.
  • Serve as a solutions-oriented lifeline for Paradigm’s project management team.
  • Expand client relationships through understanding of client objectives, consultation throughout fieldwork processes and participation in coordination calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Ensure daily maintenance of accurate records in the central project management system
  • Prepare internal and external reports on project performance and financials to assist Paradigm’s client service groups in their pursuit of optimal client satisfaction.

  • BA/BS – previous experience in Market Research is preferred
