North America Account Associate

Job Description

In the Account Associate role, you will be required to demonstrate a mastery of client needs and vendor capabilities throughout all aspects of the project lifecycle. It will be your responsibility to build relationships and execute strategies that allow us to provide competitive proposals to our clients, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that we exceed delivery expectations on projects in field.

You will be challenged to tackle unique opportunities on a daily basis. Being self-motivated, thinking creative, and building rapport with colleagues, clients, and partners are vital ingredients for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with clients by upholding Paradigm’s standards of world class service
  • Develop an intimate understanding of our clients and analytically detect trends in the industry
  • Collaborate with sales and executive teams to develop account strategies that maximize
    revenue and profitability
  • Deliver quick, competitive, accurate proposals using a number of tools including historical data,
    Paradigm product expertise, and the proper blend of internal and external resources
  • Work with operations teams to drive seamless execution of projects and maximum client satisfaction
  • Develop a firm understanding of our partner network and own the sample plan process

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with outstanding Excel and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred
  • BA/BS with at least 1-2 years of experience in the Market Research industry
