In a recent study, it terminated a large quantity of invalid traffic linked to VPNs and automated behavior, protecting data integrity before it reached analysts.  This is sophisticated as not all VPN is bad,some participants happen to be using a VPN in a remote setting such as the workplace. We carefully vet VPN traffic to disern bad vs good VPNs to ensure quality and preserve respondent experience. Even honest participants can lose focus. We monitor behavioral signals ranging from inattentiveness, repetitive patterns, or over-acquiescence bias . and identify possible AI-assisted responses.  

In B2B research, authenticity alone isn’t enough, expertise matters. We leverage tools to verify participants’ professional qualifications using role-specific questions that confirm industry knowledge. For example, when surveying HR and finance decision-makers, we validate respondents’ expertise through targeted prompts, filtering out unqualified participants and ensuring insights came only from true professionals.
