Avishek Gupta has over 7 years of experience in research and operations across different sectors. He has a rich foundation in project and vendor management, while working with top consulting and market research firms, both as an employee and as a partner. Currently, Avishek is managing multiple “sample only" delivery teams, operating out of our India office. He is responsible for strategic initiatives that drive organic revenue growth and operational excellence. He creates, maintains, and audits scorecards that measure success and gaps in the Client Services Operations model. He fosters Paradigm’s client and cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth client delivery on a day-to-day basis.
