When I reflect on my career, I am amazed that I have been in this industry for over two decades now. I have worn many hats, and had many titles, from Web Designer to Database Specialist to Survey Programmer to Client Development.  Each chapter is part of the larger story of who I am and why I was proud to join Paradigm back in May.

Rarely in our careers are we in a situation where we are able to decide to be a part of something bigger than ourselves professionally. I see it as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play an active role in shaping the future of this strong organization. 

Over a decade ago, in one of my first sales meetings and pitches as a sales professional, I met Sima Vasa and learned more about Paradigm Sample. We kept in touch throughout the years, and she has always been someone that I have admired and respected on many levels. It’s just a bonus that she still laughs at my jokes! In addition to our in-house developed tools, we have an incredible roster of humans around the world supporting our clients and teammates. That, along with our shared focus on innovation and service, made this important decision for the future of my career, an easy one. 

In just this year alone we have added some amazing talent to the team. Each person vouches for our unique culture, our mission and our focus on this company’s future. When Adam Jolley joined it affirmed my desire to join Paradigm and stand alongside the other passionate legacy team members who have taught me so much in such a short time. Bridging the best of our legacy with our new members allows us to plan and grow together. That is why I am here, because of the people and the ability for my voice to be heard to help shape our future together.

As a proud member of the Paradigm Team, I hope to play a role in introducing new team members, and being a part of our continued growth.
