The Position

Assuring that Paradigm’s partners are properly aligned to address all of our needs is critical to our continued growth and success. It will be your responsibility to analytically detect and explore trends to anticipate the needs of our partners, interpret our partner’s requests, and guarantee that we understand their needs and have the capabilities necessary to utilize their services to the fullest. 


As a vital touchpoint between Paradigm Sample and our partners, Strategic Partnerships Coordinators at Paradigm Sample must possess an upbeat spirit, a zest for innovation, and a passion to go the extra mile.


  • Network with new and existing partners to build new bridges and strengthen existing relationships
  • Serve as an internal advocate for Paradigm’s strategic partners within the organization
  • Develop an intimate understanding of Paradigm’s partners, their capabilities, and their needs
  • Team up with Paradigm’s client service and operations teams to build and execute delivery strategies
  • Work closely with our teams to ensure that the needs of our partners are being met
  • Coordinate with our global operations teams to ensure that our partners receive satisfactory guidance during all phases of project delivery
  • Review contractual agreements and negotiate working arrangements for new and existing partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a vendor database, and provide weekly analysis on vendor performance

Skills and Qualifications Needed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple workstreams
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with outstanding Excel and analytical skills
  • BA/BS with 3+ years of experience in partnership/client management, or business development
