It will be your responsibility to analytically detect and explore trends to anticipate the needs of our partners, interpret our partner’s requests, and guarantee that we understand their needs and have the capabilities necessary to utilize their services to the fullest. As a vital touchpoint between Paradigm Sample and our partners, Strategic Partnerships Coordinators at Paradigm Sample must possess an upbeat spirit, a zest for innovation, and a passion to go the extra mile. Responsibilities Network with new and existing partners to build new bridges and strengthen existing relationshipsServe as an internal advocate for Paradigm’s strategic partners within the organizationDevelop an intimate understanding of Paradigm’s partners, their capabilities, and their needsTeam up with Paradigm’s client service and operations teams to build and execute delivery strategiesWork closely with our teams to ensure that the needs of our partners are being metCoordinate with our global operations teams to ensure that our partners receive satisfactory guidance during all phases of project deliveryReview contractual agreements and negotiate working arrangements for new and existing partnershipsDevelop and maintain a vendor database, and provide weekly analysis on vendor performance Skills and Qualifications Needed Relentless work ethic with a desire to learn new skills in management and technologyA self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently to take initiative and drive ROIIntegrity, accountability, and a willingness to embrace our team first company cultureAbility to think outside the box in negotiation, and pursuit of creative solutions to achieve business objectivesCapacity to perform well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a changing environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple workstreamsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with outstanding Excel and analytical skillsBA/BS with 3+ years of experience in partnership/client management, or business development Ready to join a winning team?
