Job Description

As a Paradigm Project Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of online market research projects. This role manages every aspect of the project from set-up through delivery and will
have constant and direct communication with clients throughout the execution of a project. This person will also be working closely with the sales team and account managers to make sure projects are delivered on time and beyond expectation.
A Project Manager is a natural problem solver – this person gathers the facts before making an informed decision and is able to provide solutions quickly if the circumstance requires. This person works confidently and respectfully with colleagues at all levels, and values building strong relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage market research projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Provide a high level of client service, ensuring client objectives are met and providing optimization recommendations where appropriate.
  • Actively manage project budget, work plan, timelines, profitability, as well as billings schedule, to meet or exceed targets and revenue.
  • Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and manage all internal and client-facing project-related meetings.
  • Anticipate and identify project problems and find solutions independently or with moderate guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver excellence to our clients.
  • Manage all aspects of project/study execution, helping guide the client, team-members and any external partners through all critical project phases.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide viable solutions.

Skills and Qualifications Needed

  • 2 to 4 years of market research and/or project management experience.
  • Ability to think proactively while under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) of URL Programming as it pertains to client test & live links and the variables within the URL.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • High-quality data and insights
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent at establishing and managing relationships with clients, vendors and coworkers.
  • Demonstrate confidence in client interactions and communications.
  • Enthusiasm and a sense of humor!.
  • To thrive (not just survive) under pressure.

Experience with questionnaire development/programming and database management a plus.
