The Position

In the Client Development Executive role, it will be your responsibility to build strategic account plans to drive long-term growth, through both new and existing business opportunities. You will maintain a suite of accounts and serve as the internal advocate for your clients within the Paradigm organization. A Client Development Executive is expected to cultivate and develop relationships with both existing and prospective clients through a strategic navigation of sales channels, outreach activities, and in-person meetings.

 

You will be challenged to tackle unique opportunities on a daily basis. Being self-motivated, thinking creatively and building rapport with colleagues and clients are vital ingredients for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing Market Research industry relationships to expand Paradigm’s operational footprint
  • Serve as the key relationship manager and internal advocate for a suite of accounts
  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Team up with our global feasibility and operations teams to uphold our standard of world-class service by being solutions-oriented in influencing internal stakeholders to meet our clients’ needs
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations to the proper channels as needed

Skills and Qualifications Needed

  • Tenacious drive, work ethic and the ability to set, meet, and exceed goals through strategic planning
  • Comfort being measured on key funnel metrics such as win rates, growth, and profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Integrity, accountability, and willingness to embrace our winning “team-first” corporate culture
  • Ability to think outside the box in pursuit of creative solutions to achieve business objectives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account assignments while maintaining a sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to go the extra mile in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Flexible to travel for in-person meetings, including internationally
  • Proficiency with, and a track record of discipline in using CRM tools such as Salesforce 

  • BA/BS with 5+ years previous experience in the Market Research industry
