The Position Ensuring that Paradigm is strategically aligned to address all of our clients’ needs is critical to our continued growth and success. In the Global Proposals Associate role, you will ensure that we are providing fast, accurate, and competitive project proposals to our clients. It will be your responsibility to demonstrate a mastery of our clients’ needs and formulate proposals which creatively, competitively, and accurately leverage our capabilities to effectively accomplish our clients’ goals. You will be challenged to tackle unique opportunities on a daily basis. Being self-motivated, thinking creatively and building rapport with colleagues and clients are vital ingredients for success in this role. Responsibilities Work closely with sales, executive, and bidding teams to build proposals for our valued clientsDevelop an intimate understanding of Paradigm’s clients and analytically detect trends in the industryBuild relationships with clients and key strategic partners through written and verbal communicationDeliver quick, competitive, accurate proposals using a number of tools including historical data, Paradigm product expertise, and the proper blend of internal and external resourcesWork with client service teams to build and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitabilityTeam up with our Project Management team to ensure seamless execution on all projects Skills and Qualifications Needed Relentless work ethic and a “go-getter” spirit to maximize opportunityIntegrity, accountability, and willingness to embrace our winning “team-first” corporate cultureAbility to think outside the box in pursuit of creative solutions to achieve business objectivesCapacity to perform well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environmentExcellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skillsComfort being measured on conversion rates and volume of proposals deliveredProven experience in working directly with clients and skilled in the art of negotiationFamiliarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with outstanding Excel and analytical skillsBA/BS - in Market Research, Business, or a comparable field required Ready to join a winning team?
