As the Vice President of Product Innovation, Steve wears many hats leading the Paradigm Innovation Labs. His responsibilities range from Next-Gen Systems Development, API Integrations, Operations Process Enhancement and maintaining key client and vendor relationships; all tethered by the common goal of relentless delivery of high quality sample to support quantitative survey research.
